At Mamazul Tulum Mezcaleria, an English-speaking host leads you through six small-batch mezcals and tequilas from across Mexico. You will pair them with artisanal cheeses, learn proper mezcal tasting, compare production methods, and discuss biodiversity, producers, and the limits of Mexico’s mezcal designation. The 90-minute tasting begins at 5:00 pm.
“This is a great excursion. Andreas , the guide, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jorge was a great driver. Got us everywhere in a timely fashion and had snacks. Make sure to have a swim shirt but they have them if you don’t. The Cenote is magical and refreshing (ie cold).”
